Importantly, we want to nurture the feeling of personal responsibility and agency in responding to what is happening around us – our response is in our control.\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003ERoad safety was highlighted through insights from the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund, reinforcing the importance of protecting lives both on and off the job. A dynamic discussion on contractor HSSE management emphasised the value of courage, communication, consultation, and collaboration in managing risk.\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EEmergency preparedness was brought to life with a demonstration of life-saving CPR techniques and a reminder that readiness can make all the difference.
