You can apply for either a Postpaid or a Prepaid Shell Fuel Card

What if I lose my fuel card?
It is essential that any loss or theft of your fuel card is reported to us immediately. You can notify us via phone or email ShellCard.Namibia@vivoenergy.com or CustomerServiceNamibia@vivoenergy.com . Once we have received your instruction we will place the card on stop and notify you of this action.
Please note terms and conditions apply according to the individual Shell Fuel Card application to be concluded with the Principal Cardholder.

How long does it take before you replace a stolen or lost fuel card?
After a loss or theft of a Fuel Card has been reported, we will aim get back to you within 24 hours on working days with your new fuel card and driver tags where so required.

When do I pay for my fuel?
Our standard terms for payment are as per contract. There are 7/14/30 days from each invoice. Invoices are generated at month end only. Credit terms provided are subject to credit assessment, meeting our terms and conditions

What are the benefits of online account management - PetrolPlus Web Suite (PWS)?
Online Account Management allows you to manage your fuel card account anytime, anywhere by using the internet. It’s a totally free interactive platform that allows you to monitor your fuel card activity 24/7. You can also request copy of invoices and download fleet management reports. These reports can be exported to Excel and incorporated into your own reporting system. Our online services tool, “PWS”, enables you and approved members of staff to access your fleet’s Fuel Card account around the clock, seven days a week. You can order and cancel cards; view and download transactions, invoices and statements; set alert and notification parameters, and more.

How many sites can my driver use with a Shell Fuel Card?
The Shell Card Network offers over 52 sites accepting the card on the forecourts. Please find attached all the sites which accept the Shell Fuel Card within Namibia.

How do I apply for a Shell Fuel Card account?

What can my drivers buy with a Shell Fuel Card?
As a fleet manager or decision maker, you have complete control and visibility over every purchase your drivers make with a Shell Fuel Card. You can set individual purchase parameters for every card, including diesel, all fuels, vehicle-related products and/or shop goods and services.

Are The Shell Fuel Cards linked to a driver or to a vehicle?
Cards can be restricted to a specific individual (driver), vehicle or limitation on spend in the Retail Offer or purchase of fuel and lubricant product(s).

Does the Shell Fuel Card offer a mileage capture system?
Yes. The Shell Fuel Card also captures odometer readings at the point of sale and includeas the recorded data on your transaction data. With this, you can harness private and business mileage capturing and reporting.

The Shell fuel cards are valid for as long as you load funds on them. We will notify you of the disabling of your card due to inactivity.
